We know individual needs, goals and schedules vary widely and so we’ve designed a program that is flexible enough to meet a variety of needs. To assist you in getting the most out of this program, we do suggest that you choose an instructor at Pilates of Cherry Creek to guide you and to advise you in how to best utilize the program. Payment is due in full upon enrollment. To enroll in the Pilates of Cherry Creek Program you will be evaluated to assure that you have knowledge of all exercises in classical Pilates. This program will introduce and instruct you in all those exercises.
