Private Sessions

The most effective way to explore and understand the Pilates method is taking a private session. Individualized instruction maximizes your understanding of the many concepts and movements particular to this system and how to apply them you your body.

Semi-Private Sessions

These sessions are designed for people who are ready to learn the principles of Pilates in a slightly larger setting, but still allow for personal supervision and individualized instruction.

Classes

Our small classes (four-six clients) allow clients to work on their individual goals. Private sessions are a prerequisite to classes.

Reformer/Wall Unit Classes

You will learn exercises using the reformer and/or wall unit.

Mat Classes

These include classical Pilates mat exercises as well as using supporting equipment such as the magic circle, fitball, theraband, and handweights.

Level Descriptions

Level I

This class is designed for the beginning Pilates student. It focuses on learning the basic exercises, how to make equipment changes, and building a strong basis that you will need in the higher levels. We recommend that you take at least one private lesson before going into this class.

Level II

In this class you will fine tune the basic exercises you’ve already learned and add on to those exercises a few new ones. It’s slightly more advanced than the beginner level, but doesn’t move as quickly as the intermediate level.

Level III

This is a solid intermediate level class. You will continue to work on your form and expand your repertoire of exercises, as well as increase the pace of your workout.

Level IV

This is the most advanced class we offer. It is designed for students who have been practicing Pilates for a while, have a good understanding of the basic and intermediate exercises, and can work at a quicker pace with good form.
