Our Studio

Pilates of Cherry Creek, located in Denver, COWelcome to Pilates of Cherry Creek. We are a fully-equipped studio, offering private instruction as well as group classes and are located in Denver, Colorado. All of our instructors are certified in the classical Pilates method.

Hope and Jolie (mother and daughter) opened Pilates of Cherry Creek in 2001. They started in a small studio working one-on-one with their clients for the first year. Continuous growth has allowed them to expand their space to accommodate more clients without losing the intimate feel of that first small studio.

They are members of the Pilates Method Alliance® (PMA®). The PMA is the international, non–profit, professional association dedicated to the teachings of Joseph H. and Clara Pilates. The PMA’s mission is to protect the public by establishing certification and continuing education standards for Pilates professionals.

Teacher Training

Pilates of Cherry Creek offers instructor training and certification to those wanting to teach or to those simply wanting more insight into Pilates for their own use. Training is offered on all Pilates equipment and covers over 500 classic exercises.

We now offer a Pre-Certification class. If you are interested in completing the Certification Course to become a Certified Pilates Instructor, this course helps you meet your pre-requisites faster. Read more about our Pre-Certification class.

Massage facility

Our studio also offers massage therapy. We have two Certified Massage Therapists on staff who are available Monday through Saturday. Their training includes Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial and sports massage.
